Its easy to include foods that are liked by many into breakfast.



Breakfast is a tricky meal to work with. Some people who don't like certain foods have a hard tim eating this meal. Here are some ways to include all of the food groups in your meal!



Since added sugar isn't recommended for your meal, having foods that naturally have sugar can make the meal tast better. For example having sugary cerals for breakfast is not the best idea because they provide so much energy that you will be hyper active for a period of time but it will decrease in a few hourse making you feel tired. Instead have fruit! Fruit has sugar in them natuarally! Apples and Strawberrys are known for being very sweet. Slice a few of them up in a Bran Ceral (known for being bland) and you will have a sweet taste to your healthy cereal!


For people who don't like milk, try soy milk. It has the same amount of serving as milk. Some people find soy milk to be tastier because they come in different flavours!



Eating a whole grain piece of bread may be hard to eat, but with jam it is easier to digest!

Add a slice of cheese if you dont like jam or even add raspberrys on top!


Vegetarians or vegans have a hard time finding foods to eat! Find soy products such as soy meat and products to include in your diet. They are known to taste just like meat and have the same amount of nutrition. A good brand to try is Tofurkey!


Having juice with your meal can really make a differance. Have a cup of apple juice or orange juice! Most people tend to like these drinks!
